Privacy & your registration data
A short, plain-English summary of what we do with the details you give us when you register for Australian Digital Assets & Crypto Forum.
What we collect
When you register we collect your name, email address, phone number, where you're at with crypto, your experience level, the exchanges and hardware wallets you selected, and which track you're interested in.
Why we collect it
To reserve and confirm your seat, to contact you about the forum (including a phone call before the event), to plan room capacity and session content, and to notify you of schedule changes.
Who can see it
Only the event organising team, through a password-protected admin dashboard. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with sponsors, exchanges or hardware wallet brands.
How it's stored
Registration records are stored in a secure managed database with access controls in place. Notes taken during organiser phone calls are stored alongside your registration and are visible only to the organising team.
How long we keep it
We keep registration data for up to 24 months after the event so we can invite you to the next forum, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your registration data at any time by emailing support@digitalassetsforum.com.au. We'll action deletion requests within 30 days.
